34 - inch height         5½ - inch flower Very large, near-classic flower in a rich violet. From George Lenington of Kansas City, Missouri, who Registered it in 1976 as follows: " 32 in. height. Midseason, reblooming. 6½ in. flower. Medium bluish purple self with greenish cream throat. Semi-evergreen foliage. Tetraploid. " This has a nice elegance in the mixed perennial border. Petal edges beautifully crimped. Center is a fairly light yellow. Our flowers have not been quite so large as originally described. (About descriptions). With us here since 1990, but still little known today.
