Daylily 'Little Dandy'

Little Dandy

26 - inch height 2½ - inch flower

A delightful red purple miniature.

From T. E. Hughes in Mansfield, Texas, who Registered it in 1970 as follows:

" 16 in. height. Early Midseason. 2½ in. flower. Dark red purple
self with green throat. Semi-evergreen foliage. Diploid. "

Intense color. Lots of purple buds long before opening add yet more color. Classic in form. The size and shape make for excellent harmony in the mixed perennial border.
