A later, larger version of the ever-popular Hyperion.

From Elliott Hathaway of Dighton, Massachusetts, who Registered it in 1973 as follows:

" 34 in. height. Very Late. 6½ in. flower. Yellow self. Fragrant. Dormant foliage. "

Clear pale lemon Daylily in classic form. One of our longest bloomers.
Very popular here since 1982, and still in short supply.
Resembles Hyperion and Star Dream.
