Daylily 'Indian Giver'

Indian Giver

28 - inch height 4 ½ - inch flower

A decorative, long-blooming purple.

From Drew Ferguson in Georgia, who Registered it in 1991 as follows:

" 20 in. height. Early Midseason, reblooming. 4½ in. flower. Semi-evergreen foliage.
Purple with lavender edge and medium purple watermark above green throat."

A fine purple flower, the lavender edges on both sepals and petals emphasizing the ruffles. For us, somewhat taller, and the center more yellow. About descriptions).
Given a very highly coveted Award of Merit in 2000. (Awards).
Also, rebloomed heavily here in September and October, 2007.
