20 - inch height         5 - inch flower A large mellow flower, low in the garden. From David Hall of Wilmette, Illinois, who Registered it in 1967 as follows: " 22 in. height. Midseason, reblooming. 6 in. flower. Pale peach with tangerine throat. Dormant foliage. " Lightly ruffled flowers open a satiny pale melon, from clusters of attractive yellow buds. Very low foliage stays neatly below the blooms. Grown here for 25 years, the height has varied considerably. In some years, 3-4 year old clumps have bloomed at around 14 inches in height, with 20 inches being the maximum height ever observed here. (Short varieties). Our flower size is normally 5 inches. A splendid, yet relaxing, presence. Rare.
