A large red, 6 feet tall.

From Arlow Stout of the New York Botanical Garden, who Registered it in 1949 as follows:

" 48 in. height. Midseason, reblooming. Red, medium, self. Extended
bloom (open at least 16 hours). Evergreen foliage. "

Growing here since 1985, it has always been 2 feet taller, and quite dormant in its foliage character. (About descriptions). Warm brick red, of classic form. Golden heart, and creamy gold midribs. An excellent heirloom Daylily, in constant demand for its great height and
very long bloom.
